Our partner is a global provider of technologies and systems for the biopharmaceutical industry, supporting the production of gene therapies and mRNA vaccines.
In this project Addit was responsible for the production of demanding modules with high aesthetic and quality requirements, ensuring the safe handling of process media under conditions compliant with medical industry standards.
A key requirement of the project was ensuring consistent and repeatable quality regardless of the production batch. Achieving this required Addit to master and stabilize multiple manufacturing processes in order to maintain full control over critical parameters such as leak tightness, surface roughness, visual quality, and the integration of mechanical, electrical and electronical components.
Scope of the project
- Ensuring 100% traceability of materials and processes
- Establishing stable and repeatable manufacturing technologies, including welding, abrasive blasting, electropolishing, and passivation
- Ensuring 100% leak-tightness of the tank
- Full control of surface parameters across the entire product
- Development of electrochemical marking technology
- Assembly, testing, and protection of sensitive load cells and electronical components
- Integration and functional testing of the entire module
- Development of a detailed quality control system
- Organization of production enabling stable serial deliveries, each with complete quality documentation
