With a strong foundation in economics, Mariola began her career in steel construction company where she managed large scale international projects for over 13 years. Her extensive expertise includes overseeing complex, cross-border operations, ensuring project efficiency and delivering high-quality results for global partners.
For the next 11 years, she managed sheet metal and contract manufacturing projects for railway industry. Her responsibilities in these roles included coordinating multifaceted projects, optimizing processes and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
Mariola started her career at Addit in 2024 as Project Account Manager for the transport (railway) and energy industries. She is responsible for building strong strategic partnerships with key customers while also identifying and securing new business opportunities within the sector.
