After several months of intensive training at the Łukasiewicz Upper Silesian Technological Institute in Gliwice [pl. Łukasiewicz Górnośląski Instytut Technologiczny w Gliwicach] (formerly the Welding Institute), our employee has expanded his technical knowledge, which will have a positive impact on the further development of our company.
During the training course, he gained a broad knowledge of welding, bonding, material science and destructive and non-destructive testing methods. It was an intensive dose of knowledge that he can now put into practice by supervising welding processes and verifying their compliance with international quality standards.
Michał’s key competencies gained during the course:
- Supervising welding processes to comply with the requirements of the standards,
- Conducting weld inspections and assessing the quality of workmanship,
- Checking welding plans, material specifications and test protocols,
- Providing staff training in welding, ensuring staff are qualified,
- Collaborating on audits, ensuring compliance with quality standard requirements.
This knowledge will be invaluable when implementing new products and technologies in R&D department, as well as working with auditors during quality reviews.
