It is an automatic cutting machine Combi Genius CG 1530 with an LSR laser from PrimaPower. It is a combination punching machine with a pressure of 30 tons and laser cutting machine with a power of 4 kW. It is also equipped with an additional robot that enables maintenance free: loading, unloading and sorting of cut out components. The machine features an integrated dual-tower Combo Tower H 8.3 for sheet metal storage and sorted parts.
The machine is perfectly aligned with our Industry 4.0 concept. With a maximum sheet size of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm, the LSR robot ensures full automation, enhanced efficiency, and unmatched flexibility. In addition to cutting, the system allows us to form and engrave the sheet metal during the process. The intelligent Genius punch drive minimizes tool change time, enabling us to produce your products faster and with greater precision.
This machine has been fully integrated into our Smart Factory Line for some time now. It seamlessly connects with our other systems, and our machine operators benefit from digitalized documentation. Programs can be loaded onto the machine by simply scanning barcodes from the order using the TaskLoader tool, which features the Tulus® MUPS application (based on the Android operating system).
