With one of our partners, we have worked on a project of a flexographic imager.
Addit supported the partner with optimizations of the construction of welded assemblies and sheet metal parts, transforming a prototype frame and housing into a product designed for serial production.
From our partner we received a basic 3D model of a prototype together with a set of requirements for a serial product. Addit prepared detailed design of the serial product and complete production documentation.
The project required innovative approach to the selection of materials and production technology. Addit has based its engineering solutions on FEM simulations.
Addit produced all sheet metal and metal parts, provided mechanical assembly and set up the supply chain –managing over 200 assembly groups..

- Preparing the technical documentation
- Production of sheet metal and metal elements, including high-precision aluminum processing, surface finishing and machining.
