Within the framework of a long-term partnership, Addit is responsible for the production of one of the most demanding structural components of the device – a complex frame for a therapeutic table.
The execution of this project requires a combination of advanced sheet metal processing, precision machining, and strict quality control typical of the medical sector. Thanks to its experience in the production of precision frames, Addit delivers a functional system that ensures the stability, safety, and reliability of the entire device in demanding clinical environment.
Scope of the project:
- industrialization of a medical-grade product
- selection and implementation of welding technology and process for a safety-critical component responsible for patient safety
- precision machining to achieve key dimensional requirements
- optimization of etching and passivation process parameters to preserve critical dimensions.
