Within this collaboration, we are responsible for the production of integrated modules, frames, enclosures, and complex assemblies based on high-precision sheet metal processing.
Scope of the project:
- technical consulting and engineering support
- supply chain setup and management
- industrialization of the serial production process
- assembly operations including A2-class adhesive bonding
- ensuring repeatable quality in serial production of a module consisting of more than 400 individual components
- ensuring high production scalability
- continuous identification and implementation of optimizations related to production processes, supply chain management, sourcing of purchased components, and cooperation with external partners
