During the conferences, much attention was given to the role of artificial intelligence in HR. Process automation allows HR teams to focus on strategic activities, while AI-driven systems can analyze skills and training needs, recommending tailored courses for employees.
At Addit, we closely monitor these changes and seek solutions that can enhance our daily HR operations while contributing to the growth of every employee.
New approach to training – flexibility and personalization
One of the main topics at Expo HR was modern training methods. Today’s e-learning platforms offer great flexibility – courses can be adapted to individual needs, and learning can take place at a convenient time and place.
At Addit, we have always prioritized employee development by providing access to training and courses. Currently, we offer prepaid cards, private health care, and language courses. Our HR department is working on new, even more flexible language learning options. We want everyone to develop their skills in a way that fits their work and lifestyle.
