Finance manager
Role Purpose
The Finance Manager is responsible for preparing financial analyses and reports that support decision-making processes within the organization. The role involves providing accurate data and recommendations to the management team to enable effective planning, cost control, and execution of the company’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed financial analyses related to costs, revenues, margins, and profitability.
• Deliver regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for management and operational departments.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to collect data and assess its impact on financial results.
• Monitor budget execution and analyze variances.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) in finance and production, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the management team in strategic decision-making by providing financial data and forecasts.
• Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
Requirements
• University degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and analytical tools (Excel, ERP systems).
• Good command of English and/or German
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
