Work Experience
Marta has been working for Addit since 2021 and is involved in new business development activities. She is the primary support for companies starting their collaboration with Addit. She specializes mainly in the fields of medical, analytical, semiconductors, energy, and industrial machines industries. She focuses on strategic cooperation and acquiring new customers within the company’s strategy. Before joining Addit, she had been working for 4 years as a Project Manager for one of the companies in railway market segment, being responsible for electrical cabinet assemblies.

Marta is a responsible person, well-organized and committed to thoroughly understand every aspect of customer’s business. She is determined and goal-oriented, what positively influences the projects’ implementation. Her open-minded nature and positive attitude make her a valuable team member. She is an active listener, what positively affects the building of strong and trustful relationship with customers.
In her free time, she is active in sports and gardening. She loves nature and a healthy lifestyle.
Education
Marta completed her studies in Philology (English and German) at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in International Trade and Project Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
