At Addit, we provide comprehensive processing of tubes and profiles for the production of frames, and assemblies used in the most demanding industrial applications.
From the earliest stages of product development, we support our customers’ R&D teams in preparing designs for serial production. We analyze component geometry, functional requirements, and joining methods, helping to select manufacturing technologies that ensure the required dimensional accuracy, geometric stability, and structural rigidity.
We consider tube and profile processing an integral part of our complete contract manufacturing offering. As a result, our customers receive fully finished components or complete assemblies manufactured within one integrated production process.
Precision Processing Tailored to Project Requirements
We perform precision cutting of tubes and profiles manufactured from a wide range of materials for prototype, low-volume, and serial production.
The process also includes precision hole making and Flowdrill® thread forming, enabling durable threaded connections without the need for additional threaded inserts.
For profiles with wide rolling tolerances, we perform precision machining of holes to ensure their accurate position relative to the structural reference datums.
Our manufacturing technologies also enable burr-free cutting of tubes and profiles by using dedicated anti-spatter inserts that prevent internal spatter contamination. This minimizes the need for additional finishing operations and improves the quality of the finished components.
