The first cleaning method: Ultrasonic cleaning
To meet the highest standards of cleanliness required by our clients, Addit employs a state-of-the-art four-chamber ultrasonic cleaning process. This advanced method ensures that even the most intricate and delicate components are meticulously cleaned to meet industry-specific demands.

For larger workpieces or components that exceed the size and weight limits of our ultrasonic cleaner, Addit utilizes a specialized manual cleaning process. This ensures that even oversized or uniquely shaped parts meet the highest cleanliness standards.
Cleaning tools and options:
Manual cleaning involves the use of specialized tools and cleaning agents to carefully remove contaminants from each part. Addit uses lint-free cloths, which are specifically designed to avoid leaving any fibers or particles on the surfaces of the components. Addit uses isopropanol 70% as a standard.
