Cleanroom

Cleanroom in the modern manufacturing company.

Our commitment to cleanliness and safety is our top priority.

At Addit, cleanliness and safety are at the forefront of everything Addit  does. As the international contract manufacturer and key supplier of sheet metal components, systems, modules, and complete machines for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), he upholds stringent cleanliness standards throughout our entire production process.

Specializing in custom precision machining, manufacturing, and surface treatment services, we cater to demanding industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, electronics manufacturing, aerospace and defense, medical, and various other industrial sectors where ultra-high purity, smooth materials, and exacting standards are paramount.

Operating in accordance with ISO 14644 Class 7 standards, our cleanroom facilities ensure precise control over airborne particle concentration, temperature, and humidity.

Addit continually enhancing its cleanroom functionality, exemplified by recent innovations like our 4-chamber ultrasonic cleaner. Moreover, with plans underway to expand our cleanroom to 3,000 m2 by 2025, we’re dedicated to improving functionality without compromising aesthetics.

At Addit, cleanliness isn’t just a standard—it’s our core value. From the products we manufacture to the critical facilities we help our clients create, we ensure that everything is ‘start clean and install clean.’

The first cleaning method: Ultrasonic cleaning

To meet the highest standards of cleanliness required by our clients, Addit employs a state-of-the-art four-chamber ultrasonic cleaning process. This advanced method ensures that even the most intricate and delicate components are meticulously cleaned to meet industry-specific demands.

Key features of the process:

• Equipment:

LU-1000 WRRD ultrasonic cleaner equipped with an integrated drying function, providing a seamless cleaning and drying workflow.

• Capabilities:
– Accommodates product dimensions up to 800x500x500 mm.
– Supports product weights of up to 80 kg.

Benefits:

• Removes contaminants effectively from hard-to-reach areas, including complex geometries and internal surfaces.
• Ensures thorough cleaning without compromising the structural or material integrity of precision components.
• Ideal for industries requiring ultra-high purity and precision, such as semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices and aerospace applications.

This four-chamber ultrasonic cleaning process is an integral part of our commitment to delivering components and systems that adhere to the most demanding cleanliness and quality standards.

The second cleaning method: Manual cleaning

For larger workpieces or components that exceed the size and weight limits of our ultrasonic cleaner, Addit utilizes a specialized manual cleaning process. This ensures that even oversized or uniquely shaped parts meet the highest cleanliness standards.

Cleaning tools and options:

Manual cleaning involves the use of specialized tools and cleaning agents to carefully remove contaminants from each part. Addit uses lint-free cloths, which are specifically designed to avoid leaving any fibers or particles on the surfaces of the components. Addit uses isopropanol 70% as a standard. Other possible if required in the specification.
Addit’s cleaning agents, such as 70% isopropanol, are chosen for their effectiveness in ensuring a spotless surface while also being safe for the materials being cleaned.
Additionally, Addit provides the flexibility to use customized cleaning solutions based on the specific requirements of each customer, making our process adaptable to a wide range of industries and components.

Benefits:

  • Accommodates larger or irregularly shaped workpieces that cannot undergo ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Provides a versatile approach tailored to meet specific cleanliness and safety needs.
  • Combines precision and care, ensuring optimal cleaning results without damaging sensitive surfaces.

This manual cleaning method complements our ultrasonic process, ensuring that all components—regardless of size or complexity—receive the thorough cleaning they require.

After the cleaning process, all parts undergo UV-assisted inspection, where we use ultraviolet light to identify any microscopic contaminants that may have been missed during the manual cleaning process. This ensures that every part meets ISO 7 cleanliness standards before being approved for the next stage of production.
