The machine has a laser head whose power can be adjusted. The machine fulfils safety and health requirements – it has multi-beam light barriers, a completely encapsulated and purged beam delivery, a monitoring system, a multi-chamber exhaust system and compact dust extractor.
The control of the CNC machine is simplified by a SINUMERIK 840D type control system. Thanks to this software, operation of the machine is pleasant and multifunctional. With NCU-Link you can control up to 93 axes in 30 processing channels.
The 2700 kW laser, controlled by a Siemens SINUMERIK 840D CNC unit, guarantees quick cutting. We can precisely cut all kinds of sheet metal thanks to NitroLine high-pressure cutting system. The laser head moves at a maximum speed of 100/5/40 mm / min. Laser with 5″ lens, DIAS III. runs to 50589 h. The TRULASER TUBE 5000 is intuitive: it switches automatically off, has a lighting of working area of 6500 x 1500 mm.
