It was another opportunity to meet students who are facing the choice of secondary school. We listened carefully to their plans for the future; what interests them and what motivates them. In response to their needs, we talked about the importance of choosing the right educational pathway – a vocational technical school, where they learn a particular profession, or a high school, after which they can continue their studies.
As they got to know the production company, the students asked if there were any possibilities for an apprenticeship or traineeship. Absolutely! In addition to this, we run the Addit Academy, where we train students for specific professions in production. We encourage students to learn foreign languages, as we have daily contact with foreign customers.
