We are actively educating and having fun at the same time

As part of the Addit Academy, our in-house training centre, we meet with pupils and students from schools and universities. During the meetings we tell them about work at our company and show them what a day in the life of a specialist in an international contract manufacturing plant looks like.

The aim of the project is to share knowledge and experience with the younger generation, while encouraging them to make conscious career choices in the evolving job market. We want to make future employees aware that, in addition to knowledge, it is also important to have skills and experience, which they can start gaining during their education path. We show them how important and compelling the technical professions can be by introducing young people to the world of sheet metal working at every event, such as open days or trade fairs.

We want to inspire young people to choose educational paths that will open up a wide range of career opportunities. Through these initiatives, young people can better recognise what skills are valued in industries such as medical, transport, defence and semiconductors. Pupils and students can learn what qualifications are highly welcomed by employers and how they can acquire them.
