Jan studied finance and administration.

After managing Finance, Administration, ICT, Marketing & Sales departments he was managing and building up a leading sheet metal company operating internationally.

From a young age Jan Velmans wanted to become an entrepreneur.

In 1984 he succeeded, financed by Venture Capital, to start Addmetal BV, current Addit BV, sister company of Addit Sp. z o.o.

After fulfilling her job during 40 years in the townhall of the community Peel&Maas, mostly as the officer of Civil Registry marrying hundreds of couples, Jeanne Velmans-Faassen assists Jan Velmans for over a dozen years in his daily work.

She joins every meeting, writes the minutes and gives her opinions about a lot of themes with great emotionally intelligence.

Hendrik studied Communications and Marketing & Sales.

He worked for years in marketing communications for a non-governmental organisation.

Since 2021 Hendrik is, in addition to his involvement in the family business, secretary of the Foundation Velmans Asset Management and coordinates all family matters.

Marcin Dominik has been working for the company since 2002.

Marcin holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics. He was the head of financial department.

Since October 2021, Marcin has been Managing Director, responsible for preparing and implementing the business plans and building the long term relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.

Tomasz Nowotniak has been working for the company since 2004.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Technical Sciences. He worked earlier for Addit as a Process and Quality Engineer and as a Operations Assembling Manager and also as Project Account Manager.

Michał Strzałkowski has been working for the company since 2013.

He graduated from English and German philology as well as postgraduate studies in company management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Previously, he worked as a Project Account Manager, Sales Manager of the Construction Department. and Sales Manager.

Since February 2025, Michał holds the title of Manager Marketing & New Business Development.

Marcin Osipiak has been working for the company since 2023.

He holds a Doctorate in Technical Sciences. He worked earlier from 2001 to 2012 for Addit as a Process and Quality Engineer and later as a Marketing & Sales Manager. For the last 10 years, he was the Head of Research and Development in another company. In 2023 Marcin returned to Addit as the Manager of Marketing and New Business Development. He held that title till the February 2025, when he assumed the position of Manager Customer Success Team.

He is currently looking to ensure an even level of customer service.

Andrzej Szostek - Manager Purchasing & Logistics

Andrzej Szostek has been working for the company since 2021.

He holds a Master’s degree in Technical Sciences. Earlier from 2007 to 2020 he worked for Addit as a Process and Quality Engineer and as an Assembling Manager. In 2021 Andrzej came back to Addit as Logistics Coordinator and next year he was promoted to the position of Logistics Manager. Since 2023 his role has expanded to Purchasing & Logistics Manager.

Tomasz Chodowiec has been working or the company since 2025.

He specializes in quality management, process optimization and implementation and auditing of special processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS) requirements. For more than a decade, he gained experience in companies in the railway industry, where he oversaw quality systems. He is a practitioner of the Kaizen philosophy.
Tomasz focuses on continuous improvement, eliminating waste and increasing process efficiency. At Addit, he is responsible for developing quality systems and supervising special processes.
