Precise machining: expertise for first-class manufacturing solutions
In order to improve our logistics in the supply chain of small quantities and to secure achieving our high quality level, we offer services of our Machinig Department. We use it only to produce parts for the assemblies of the products of our partners.
We have two modern, CNC turning machines type CTX 310 ecoline V3 and two DMC 635 V as well as one DMC 1035 V ecoline and one conventional AVIA milling machine. Devices produced by the company DMG Mori Seiki are equipped with Siemens 840D control.
Advantages of this equipment:
- Our modern CNC machines are productive, flexible and easy to use.
- Turning machines are fitted with mechanically driven tools, allowing us to reduce significantly operating time, thereby eliminating the need for additional machines in the technological process.
- The turning diameter of ø 200 mm and unique in this kind of machines spindle pass up to ø 51 mm, ensure flexibility during treatment.
- The automatic bar feeder provides fluidity to the turning process, and the 12 bar high-pressure pump allows for more efficient use of cutting tools.
- The turning machines are equipped with a 12-position tool magazine, and the milling machine with a 20-position tool magazine, and are fitted out with exceptionally durable full-carbide tools from Sandvik.
- The compact touch probe in the milling center significantly reduces the time needed for preparing the workspace.
- All the machines are equipped with sensors for the automatic measurement of tools.
